<p><strong>If something arrives damaged or wrong, we will make it right.</strong> No need to ship the product back in most cases.</p>

<p>Email mtmplay@mtmevolution.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We reply within one business day.</p>

<li>Issue a full refund to your original payment method</li>
<li>Provide a store credit if you prefer</li>

<p>In most cases we do not require you to ship the original product back.</p>

<h3>Refund timing</h3>
<p>Approved refunds are issued within 2 business days. Funds appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days.</p>
